I hold credential's as a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction. I've worked with architects, engineers, building owners, and organizations to achieve green building certifications, develop Green Building Standards, generate millions of dollars in energy cost savings, and obtain substantial tax deductions, incentives, and rebates toward capital improvements.

I've served as a faculty member at Endicott College where I taught graduate students studying emerging materials and environmentally responsible building practices. Also, I was as a teaching fellow at Harvard University's Extension School, instructing a course on high-performance buildings.
